Dalian Seaside Lushunkou National Scenic Area (in simplified Chinese大连海滨旅顺口国家级风景名胜区) is located in the southern tip of Liaodong Peninsula in Liaoning Province. The east of this area is located near Yellow Sea, and the western part of it is near the Atlantic Sea. This Scenic Area is one of the famous state-level key scenic spots published by the State Council.

Dalian Seaside Lushunkou National Scenic Area is, surely, composed of both scenic areas in Dalian and Lushunkou, which is 45 kilometers from the coastal highway. The Area covers a land area of one hundred and five square kilometers.

Dalian Seaside Scenic Area has a 30-kilometer-long coastline, with vast water surface, very blue sky and a lot of natural and beautiful sceneries. Inside the Area, you would be able to see the Baiyun Mountain, which has a lotus-shaped topography and geological structure such that it is regarded as “sea stone forest”. It is very rare in the world, so it attracts millions of tourists to visit this scenic area.

On the other hand, Lushunkou Scenic Area has a very long history. There are a lot of magnificent terrains and there are 47 key units which are under protection of the government.
